The Roy H. Crosby Library contains thousands of fiction and non-fiction titles specifically chosen to meet the needs of our Kindergarten to Grade 6 student population.
Students are welcome to browse through the library and find a 'just right' book during their weekly library visits.
Our collection includes picture books, early readers, juvenile fiction, graphic novels, novels, audio-books, non-fiction texts, DVD's, videos, and some dual-language resources (English-Chinese). We also have many popular series and authors and the resources are continually updated based on student and teacher recommendations and needs. If you have any recommendations, please let Mrs. Hunt-Wells know!
Students are also invited to use the library for silent reading, or independent studying or homework during Tuesday and Thursday morning recesses. Our lives are very busy and filled with sensory distractions. During these recesses, the library is meant to be a quiet, soothing place for students to come to relax.
